Customer service from Kate was fantastic, knew who I was and details of my booking as soon as I walked through the door. Really helpful, friendly and amiable without being OTT. Menu choices all sounded so incredible that it was difficult to decide what to have. The belly pork and black pudding starter is easily one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. I'd have had it for a main and dessert too if able. Highly recommended for a top class meal at a fantastic price point. Will be back very soon.

We went for lunch to the La Luna today, first time since for about 4 years. The last time we ate there the meals were really lovely , this time well how can I put it ?? Oh yes dreadful!!! Starter was burnt around edges , mushrooms way over cooked. The mains arrived swimming in what looked like brown dish water that was the peppercorn sauce. Steak tough and again over cooked, like a piece of shoe leather. Absolutely un edible!!! Disgusting meal !!!!

We had a set 2-course evening meal here on Thursday.

The meal was pleasant enough, and the service was quick and polite. It was a decent meal but nothing to shout about either negatively or positively.

Food was delicious
Steak cooked beautifully
Different chips and they was really nice
Always love the warm bread as a side while we wait for food

Waitress couldn't remember what steak was what so we had to try find out between us
Kept forgetting to bring what we asked for steak knife etc, felt a little rushed but understandable so close to Christmas.

Had a lovely conversation while paying
Priced are quite reasonable

When asked if we wanted dessert waited a while for menu then waited a while to get served so we didn't bother after

If youre looking for fantastic food and cocktails in a beautiful and unique setting, this is the place! Tried the new street food menu last night....brilliant addition to an already excellent menu. the staff and service they provided were faultless!

Visited for a family Christmas meal last week and the service and food was very poor. We pre ordered our food but still waited over an hour and half for our first course. The restaurant definitely cut corners with the food they advertise compared to what they served on their Christmas menu and what was served was to us was bland and overcooked. The final bill also had to be altered twice because of the mistakes with our order. The restaurant definitely couldn’t cope with a full house.

Catlyn and Raheed went the extra mile taking pictures for my mother's birthday, and handling the poorly timed and unusual requests of the birthday party. We all agreed it was exceptional service.

All food was excellent and my starter or bbq pork belly and black pudding melted in the moth with flavour that will have me coming back. My steak was cooked perfectly to my request (a real test of a kitchen with all the dishes coming out at the same time) and everyone had nothing but compliments for the food and after meal coffees.
