Tapas Revolution

Limited menu, very average food, very poor service
I live very near Bluewater and visited Tapas Revolution many times. The main problem with this restaurant is that it doesn't have a proper kitchen. As a result, the menu is limited to what they can produce using their facilities. The quality of the food has always been average at best, but as I love tapas I was usually happy to overlook it - I was just happy to have a meal that had some (usually quite distant) resemblance to what I would have on holidays. But after my last visit, I won't go again - the service was appalling. Our waitress was not very nice or polite, dishes took a very long time to arrive (which is strange, because I don't think they cook anything from scratch). One of our dishes never arrived, and when we told the waitress that (after we'd eaten everything else) she seemed almost angry and said 'So, do you want it or nor?'. No one ever came to check if our meal was ok, no one asked if we wanted another drink (isn't this what a business should do - try to sell more stuff?). The staff did their very best to avoid any eye contact, in case anyone wanted to call them. We ordered two portions of churros for dessert, they delivered one. When we said there should have been two, they brought another portion, completely cold and rubbery.
I'd really love to have a decent tapas restaurant to go to, but unfortunately Tapas Revolution Bluewater is not it.

Amazing and well prepared food.Service is invariably perfect, food is always on point and delicious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Spotless restaurant, my favourite place. 5🌟+

such a lovely place. staff had been very accommodating and helpful. the experience was great and i tried new foods and if it wasn’t for them i wouldn’t of tried new foods! would definitely recommend this place and would come here again 100%

Me and my friend went here with my school and the service/food was amazing. They were so quick at making the food and it tasted gorgeous. I would 100% recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we chose here, the paella married it altogether. Lovely relatively light lunch with lots of different tastes and textures that satisfied but didn't overfill us so that we could carry on with our shopping trip without being uncomfortably full. Delightful waitress who was very efficient and bubbly enhanced our lunch.

Today 27th Dec, around 15:00 the hostess/waitress unpleasant and slow.
Place seemed understaffed.
A long wait to be seated even though there were only a few people in the queue and not many tables had customers.
-food is edible but not worth waiting for unless you don't know better; now I do, and that won't happen again. Unfortunately, below average overall experience.

Worst Spanish restaurant that I have ever tried throughout Japan, Hong Kong, Europe and of course Spain. It's just not worth it. Ruined my day. Service is fine though.
