Such a brilliant place with the loveliest staff, dropped in with some friends for a spontaneous piercing session, super friendly welcome from the lady at reception who was clearly very knowledgable and experienced, the selection of earring designs on offer is great and the price is so reasonable. Then Demetrius did the piercing - he was so calm and professional, didn’t rush at all, really checked with me and made sure he was piercing exactly where I wanted - it was a second ear piercing and I wanted to leave space for a potential third one and he thought of all of that and put it in the perfect place. The process was really almost painless, I’m so happily surprised and impressed! Won’t be long before I’m back for another one now! Thank you so much <3

Went spontaneously to get a piercing today, was greeted with a smile and a hello.
I got my piercing done by Luana who was very welcoming and very professional, she was very charasmatic and explained every to me before she started, and how to take care of it at home. She made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
Will be going back for my next piercing.

Just been to get a smiley piercing and was seen to by the lovely Luana (@xluanapiercer) she gave professional advice, and the actual piercing did not hurt a single bit, she was so calm, friendly and highly skilled at her job obviously. I am so sorry to the nice reception people and thank you for the refund but I can't give a good review due to the awful infection and life scarring I now have on my collar bone down to your male piercer suggesting I get my piercings there and now I got to live with these awful ugly scars. I'm so disappointed and upset and will remember my experience every time I look in the mirror and see the piercing scar from his awful work. He should NEVER be allowed to go near anyone again!!!

Had an amazing experience having a piercing there. Such a lovely environment, didn't feel any pain. I was a bit scared, but she managed the situation. The piercer Luana was very Professional, explained me everything about how to take care at home. I will definitely come back for more.

Turned up out of the blue for a spontaneous piercing and could not have had a lovelier experience. I had a friendly welcome from reception who talked me through my options and explained all the aftercare that I'd need to do.
The piercing itself was quick, painless and professional. Luana took great care of me and put me to ease quickly with her humorous and easygoing attitude.
Five out of five experience. I'll definitely return.

The ladies in the shop are so lovely and attentive. Really make you feel welcome and explain everything nicely. Ask for your opinion but also give their professional opinion. Will be back here for more piercings.

Had previously got a conch piercing with elsewhere which led to irritation, constant swelling and bump behind and in front of the piercing. In the pandemic I took it out to give it relief and it closed up so went searching for somewhere else to re pierce it. This would my 9th piercing and not something my ears have reacted like this to in the past so it was upsetting to have to go through but coming to this store has been a massive life saver. I asked to have the same area re pierced and was given a warning that it may go through the same thing again as it is on the same site, that the previous piercer had used the complete wrong type of bar for the piercing (probably what kept re irritating it) so that I could make a knowledgable decision. I decided to re pierce the same spot and a year later the area has completely healed and the bumps gone. Could not be happier! The previous experience had made me swear of piercings ever again but after having a good experience will be considering having more done, so many thanks, and as I said you guys have been lifesavers for me!! 😄
