Rock'N'Roll Tattoo London

I love rocknroll tattoo I've had three of them done there by Lado and I love them. The reason for the three stars is I've contacted them through their website twice in the past couple of weeks to arrange another tattoo and they have not only not replied but I never got anything to confirm it was received.
The place is great, the tattooists are amazing; but online customer service sadly let's them down.
So if you want a tattoo I suggest you pick up the phone and call them otherwise you'll be waiting an age.

Went hear to buy a set-up for my super talented 19yr old.. Rock and roll tattoo were so helpful and not judging over my my lack of knowledge. .. could not recommend them enough!! 💯

Came out really quickly. Professional & friendly. Replaced my door lock & door handles without any hassle. The price quoted was what I paid. Thanks Mike!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Purchased a voucher for a tattoo session for my husband as a birthday gift. After many attempts to book a session (emails no one replied to and phone calls no one was answering) we finally received a date of his tattoo session. He had to take a day off work and travel 45mins to the appointment just to find out the studio was closed and of course no one was picking up the phone to give him any information. Again, no reply to our emails. Eventually we had to go though paypal to get our money back. I'm not sure if the company is going out of business but it definitely seems like no one cares about the customers anymore. I also heard they don't pay their tattoo artists. Please, and I can't stress this enough, do not waste your time and money. Tattoos are for life and they should be done by someone trustworthy. Huge disappointment.

Had a full day sitting with Simone and the piece he done was brilliant I really like it, had so many people I know say how much they like it and we got so much done in one day too, also I’ve had a work done by Krista and the exact same with her the quality of her dot work
was extremely good and a very polite friendly person! I would highly recommend.

Amazing art, professional and so worth the money! I got this gorgeous piece done by Alex and it’s safe to say it’s my new favourite tattoo! Made me feel so comfortable, at ease and the time flew by! Explained everything so thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Will definitely be back and I highly recommended!

Totally unprofessional. I had booked session with Mr. Lado. They cancelled it and reschedule to new date. It was fine I received a notice earlier. In the second attempt when I came on plasce studio was closed artist did not even showed up. I tried to call but no one picked up the phone. I called to Glasgow studio and they send me to home. Now I want to get back my deposit back for over 2 weeks and they don't reply my emails, avoiding phone calls. What a piece of rubbish studio. NOT RECOMMEND.
