I always have such a relaxing and nice time getting my nails here. All the nail technicians are so lovely and offer amazing service

Where do I start!
My nail technician wasn’t even in the shop when I arrived on time for my appointment. She turned up 10 minutes later! Didn’t even ask me what I wanted doing with my nails, I had to stop her what she wanted to do.
She was so rough, and to prove this she cut me with a hand nail file!! (Which shouldn’t hurt)
Half way through she dissapeard for 10 minutes.
I also asked for almond shape and got round, and my nails aren’t even straight they’re on the wonk!!
I’m not one for leaving a negative comment but I’m really not happy! Will not be returning and will advise anyone else not to waste their time!

This place was TERRIBLE they did not do what I asked and then they got angry when I asked them to look at the picture again. They robbed me £40 for a set of gels definitely will not be returning as it was not a good experience. Overall very annoyed with them and it took well over 2 hrs when they said it would only take 1. Not only this, but the person doing my nails was very abrasive and it was painful when she was doing my nails as she got nail polish off from around the edges using her finger nails.

I am so disappointed with a set of acrylics I got done here today. I have had so many sets before and this was my first time getting my nails done in Ipswich so thought I’d give these guys a go. 5 of my nails are bleeding and in SO much pain after my appointment today (nervous for infection around the nail now too) and some of the nails are so crookedly filed. Two of them also seem like they’ve been filed too much and the size is off. The acrylic itself seems bumpy and the edges are so rough they’ve been snagging on everything. Just so disappointed. Going to have to pay someone else to fix them once the cuts heal.

Went and had acrylics done here. Never had them done before so I didn't know what to expect. The lady that put them on called Leolla was nice enough and did a good job, however when it came to getting them taken off I was told it would take around an hour and I wouldn't need an appointment. I showed up, waited half an hour being ignored by all 3 of the nail techs that were gossiping amongst themselves, got told to sit down facing a wall on my own and was handed what I assume was a bowl of acetone. Having never had my nails removed before, I wasn't sure what to do so put my hands in and they started burning but the nail techs were still gossiping away and left me there for an hour and 40 minutes before someone finally took the initiative to check on them. On checking them, they made my skin bleed when filing off the acrylic, never said a word to me, and then expected me to pay £20 to leave with bloody nails? At the end, they got me to wash my hands and dry them and all they had was a wet towel for me to dry them with which is very unsanitary. Made me wonder what they did with the nail file that would've touched my small open wounds they made too, whether they threw it away or continue to use it with blood on...

I've been getting my nails done here for a few months now and I could not recommend them high enough! Every few weeks I come in with a new design in mind and always leave with my nails looking perfect. I can't see myself ever going anywhere else.

I would NOT recommend this place. My nails looked ok however there was SO much glue underneath my nails, the finish of them was disgusting. on top of that they only lasted 1 WEEK? Iv been to cheeper placed where my nails don't start to lift after 5 days of me getting them done. on top of that, ALL of my nails are broken on the nail bed underneath, I have had this happen once or twice before on the odd nail when iv nocked it etc however iv never experienced this on every single nail on my hand. the whole time we were there the nail techs were gossiping about another nail tech that used to work there, myself and my sister felt very uncomfortable as the language they were using was not very polite. over all I didn't not enjoy the experience and I would not recommend anyone.

I got my nails done 2 weeks ago with gel nail polish. After 5 days I had 5 nails with big chips in them and I went back and the lady did them again now one week later all my nails have chipped with 3nails split where it is attached to skin. I had to take it off with a different salon who was not happy with the quality of the gel polish as it should last 3 weeks not 1 week. Don't go to this company and they could mess your nails up
