These guys are awesome! Dropped in for an ear piercing last minute and they were happy to see me immediately. I’m not good with needles but I felt very at ease. Quick and swift work, it was over before I knew it. And an awesome price too. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Made a last minute decision to get a double ear piercing whilst visiting relatives nearby. Am a total wimp and went dizzy and nearly fainted. The lady looked after me so well- was really patient and understanding. Delighted with the results and didn’t hurt at all. Thank you so much!! X

Unbelievably wonderful and friendly service by Bilingual Staff (Welsh/English), who are local and first-language Welsh themselves.

These people are talented artists and tattooists, and they’re utterly professional — yet entirely approachable, very friendly, very kind, and very patient — and excellent at their jobs. There’s a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and this is the third time I’ve been here with my Companion, and I’ve been more than happy to come back again and again with her.

** As a Wheelchair-User, they quite happily accommodated me. There’s step-free access to get in, plenty of space in the waiting area, and were happily willing to create my Companion’s tattoo upstairs behind the counter (instead of downstairs in the usual basement rooms), so I could accompany her — for my sake, not hers!).

** I have ASD/Autism, and I actually had little difficulty (myself) feeling relatively at ease here. It can get a little noisy sometimes, in the sense of talking, some Goth/Metal (etc) music generally on low, and tattoo needles buzzing, and that’s not entirely ideal (although, granted, I do love the music, being Goth myself). However, the people here are easy-going and won’t talk to you unnecessarily or in any disruptive/difficult to decipher manner. Perhaps it’s because I am also Welsh, but I’m reasonably comfortable here, with my Companion. As a warning, there are LED lights throughout, but they’re generally pointed away, so they’re not too harsh.

IMHO the pricing is very reasonable, and they’re also stated clearly on their Books(and there are many!).

FYI, it’s CASH ONLY, and generally ask for appointment bookings and small deposits for their tattoo work. They also have a stamp rewards scheme for regular Piercing customers.

Had my last tattoo here, brilliant service, and friendly helpful staff.

Staff are great there always good when I'm getting a piece done

Nice clean studio in a good easy to find location. The shop manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. I collect business cards which were ample. A nice range of other goods such as decorative skulls, dice were on sale. Well worth a visit.

Design was easy to explain.
Drawing looked great.
Didn’t hurt too much.
Sound bunch.

Both me and a friend popped in for a simple tattoo and left with something amazing and high quality. Couldn't of asked for a better job.
Will defo use next time on holiday
