My wife and I were more than pleased with the service we received from Shaleena Peterson. She was very cordial and explained the entire process to us as she was doing our taxes. My wife and I felt that she knew her job and was very competent to file our taxes.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM FOR EXPAT TAX SERVICES!
Absolutely atrocious service. I used them for 5 years with increasing problems that culminated in outright error on my return at which time I changed firms. They can be described as lazy, unresponsive, argumentative, and negligent.
Complaints to the highest level, including Tiffany Monroe (Chief People Officer), direct report to CEO and President Jeff Jones, resulted in no action being taken. Those "feedback" emails they send after each year's fee is paid are pure marketing tools with no impact whatsoever. This firm does not care about its clients.
By the way, that response is simply an automatic message for negative reviews. Having called the number it is just their standard customer service line. Another example of their complete lack of respect for their clients. DON'T BE FOOLED!

We had a very difficult time with somewhat complicated taxes last year but you handled everything very quickly and provided an excellent explanation of our tax situation. Couldn't be happier.

I regret going here, both 2018 and 2019. What should have taken 5 minutes to type in some numbers, took over an hour both years by two different people. Last year (2019) the person even had to call someone to get help even though I explained to her the process.
I was charged over a $100 for what they called complicated taxes; which was due to them not knowing thier job because I didn't have real estate or anything else that would have added such a charge.
I tried to call HR customer service to get this fixed and the first said they would email me guidance within x amount of time, but didn't even have my email at hand before trying to end the call and the second didn't know what a phanetic alphabet was which made a phone call way longer than it had to be. They also never emailed me.

*** Conclusion: I was charged over $200 because the employees didn't know thier job, taking over an hour to do simple taxes both 2018 (Tara Cotton) and 2019 (Shaleena Peterson).
Save yourself a whole mess of issues and file your taxes somewhere else ***
Note: US citizens living overseas have an automatic 2 month extension granted to file thier taxes, so your taxes are due in June not April.

Appointment made for 09:00 and was on time, easy and quick. Right down to your notifications with email receipt of service payment and notification same day that our tax return was excepted and estimated refund date.

Michelle, my preparer was extremely knowledge concerning the Income Tax rules for 2020 taxes. She was easy to talk with and explained things to me in a way I could understand. She made me feel relaxed and treated me as though I was a member of her family. She was very through and professional all the time while I was in her office.
