Awful company and service. They made us pay twice despite the fact that we have paid already beforehand. We even showed the transaction reflecting on the bank statement but the driver wouldn’t let us leave the car if we didn’t pay again. It ended up us paying for the second time. We almost got late for a flight that early morning. Because we paid twice and both transactions were approved, now we have to keep following up with them to cancel one transaction and pay us a refund. Until now, nothing. It’s not worth your stress and your time.

Misleading information/advert in their office of prices too. They advertise a lower price to lure customers in but then make you pay a more expensive one after.

They don't treat their staff with respect. They have favouritism in regards to who they provide top jobs to.

They have undercover partnerships with hotels in which they rip off their customers by charging extra.

I couldnt work for 6-8 months due to health reasons, they deleted my file without any notice. Also did not refund my £200 deposit as a driver and £30 Job credit. No notice, nothing, just wiped my file off their system and ate my hard earned money.

When I requested for my refund for the deposit and credit, they denied. Straight robbery. You are better off working for larger ethical companies such as Alison Lee. And as a passenger, please stick with using Alison Lee, Uber, Bolt, FreeNow or even Black Cabs.

Disgusting company.

I was quoted £39 from Uber for a relatively short journey (they call it Dynamic Pricing), Bolt quoted me £20 and Swift Cars quoted me £13. Their Sat Nav is one of the best I have encountered, staff were pleasant and cars clean (one had air conditioning another didn’t). There is an option to pay on line or in cash and you can also telephone to book an appointment if you would rather not do it on line. They will definitely be my first choice next time I need a ride.

Can’t pay with NatWest Bank card on their web site and if you book over the phone you pay a higher fee. Last time we booked the driver couldn’t keep the car straight want to stop off in Tesco’s to do his shopping and was twitching all the way to the airport. Made us very nervous

We called the day before and they allowed us to have a dog (which was quite a large increase on the fair but as most other services don’t allow dogs this was great.), they arrived on time 7:30am with tracking texted before. The driver was polite and we had a lovely clean Mercedes. He drove safely and got us to the airport in perfect time. A few issues with payment as the card machine was broken but we resolved it eventually. Would recommend.

Utterly traumatising and creepy experience. We were a group of 8 professional ladies on our way to a wedding. Driver kept refusing toilet stop and ended up forcing us to go by the highway on public display! We felt humiliated, put in very unsafe position and violated. Office response was equally hostile. Lawyer was involved. Would strongly advise against anyone to book with this company especially female traveler.

I booked these guys from London Liverpool st To Hyde park WW last week, they arrived on time and helped me locate the taxi as I’m not local to London. Drivers where very friendly and helpful, feel like I came first great company look forward to booking again in the new year 🚙

These people obviously accustomed to disrespecting women went overboard with NYC Me! If you are a female lone traveler, do NOT use this service, there are others. The hotel in Central London where I'd spent 3 nights called this taxi for me to go from there to the Hyatt Hayes in Hillington. I got on the phone, was quoted £38 & asked if it would be cash or credit. I said definitely credit knowing I did not have enough pounds. The driver arrived in an unfriendly mood and threw my suitcase in the trunk which I spoke on. So, we finally get to the Hyatt he drops me off & leaves. Minutes later he returns as Im checking cause HE forgot to charge me. Im used to Uber so I wasnt thinking. I handed over my card & he freaks out like he never saw one before! Yelling his machine was broken like it was my fault. I yelled back you should have been prepared since you were told in advance. He called someone who was so rude to me I refused to continue conversing. The driver tried to insist I get back in the taxi & go to an ATM while the new phone person kept trying to send a bill to my phone that was not coming through. Eventually,Hyatt management got involved because I was DONE. Swift was so incompetent, the invoice was still not coming in after I was accused of using an invalid card etc. 20 minutes later, the Hyatt finally worked it out with the same card I had been using. I gave the driver the £20 I had. Later, I received a nasty email from MI Zulfiquar attempting to defend his company's stellar 25 year record while writing misogynistic insults to me! This is the worst review I've given & the worst experience ever in my extensive solo travels.
