Cheap - Harrow Mini Cabs

Awful service. Driver UBAID came to pick me up and refused to put my suitcase in the boot. He said he’s not a slave and he’s not getting it from the pavement a few cm away to put it in. I am only a petite young woman and he was being very rude and agressive and left me very upset. He then drove off and I was stranded infront of the station. I recieved a call from the compnay who said ‘ the driver said you didn’t want the taxi’ and asked if they want me to send another. Absolutey not. Just to have another rude agressive driver upset me and become rude and agressive? no thanks.
AVOID this company. There are many other taxi companies with polite and respectful drivers.

Got four (four!!) confirmation emails about booking. Even called and confirmed. Driver did not show up. Called the company, they kept feeding us lies about the driver being "a minute away" for half an hour. Thanks to their terrible organisation skills, we almost missed our flight. AVOID.

I used this firm on 19/2 and 05/3 for journey to Gatwick and back .The drivers arrived in time on both occasions their cars were clean and they were extremely polite. I would use this firm again and recommend them to friends and family. Finally their fares were very reasonable another plus point.

Wow.. just phoned this company and asked if they could do a local pick up and he said NO and when I enquired as to why, he put the phone down on me.! Incredible

Horrible service for disabled people - even the people maning the phone - tell you immediately that they have no cab - I even pay £8 for a £6 journey - some drivers are not at all friendly - only want Extra money - this is unkind, unethical, money hungry company

Really tried to get us to Wembley stadium reasonably priced in the day but after the event the prices nearly doubled which is why its 4 stars would have been more if it wasn't for the price hike

Bad service, used this mini cab service few times, they are not punctual, often coming late to pick up.
