Disgusting service, would never ride with them again, calls you constantly to rush you to catch your taxi within 30 mins of your flight landing and failing which go on to charge an extra £20 cos they're incapable of checking the flight status. Absolutely will not ride with them again, shame I can't give them 0 stars and unfortunately it's not the driver's fault but the people running the business.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was called 10 times before my pick up time (4:20am). Shouted at unnecessarily when the driver could not find our address. I booked through a third party who allocated to Eze cars. I would never have booked directly based on the volume of similarly bad reviews. Absolutely abysmal customer service from the main office which ruined what would have otherwise been a great start to our trip. Driver was completely fine - I found out after speaking to him that Eeze are using Bolt to book cars as they do not have enough drivers. Drivers do not know they are being sent by Eeze cars - go easy on them - it’s not their fault. Would not recommend this company.

I booked it, saw reviews(I know, should done it before) than emailed them that I saw the reviews and I CANCEL the airport transfer. The night before my flight they call me and say that I need to transfer the money to the driver so he’ll pick me up at 2.30 in the night, after all the drama they say they will cancel. I spent 2h looking for a taxi that I can pay cash to get to the airport, stress. In the night the taxi that I did book with other company was there as well to pick me up while I was already in other car. AVOID!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!DRAMA MAKERS!!!

We booked with another company who must have subcontracted out to Eeze Cars. It was a complete nightmare. The car never turned up to take us to the airport . Luckily we were able to get an Uber which was much cheaper than the amount we’d paid to Eeze Cars. On our return we were held on the plane for 45 minutes waiting for a berth to become free. The driver phoned and said he had to leave. This time we had to take a black cab. When I phoned the company to complain they put the phone down on me. I sent them an e.mail and their response was that on our out journey their driver had turned up but couldn’t get a response from us. We have a ring camera on our doorbell and couldn’t find any sign of the driver but did show that we went outside several times to look for a car. They have refused to refund the £90 we paid to them. This to me is theft, their license should be revoked.

I applied to work with them for a short time and I was supposed to be payed £200 for my work with them But the didnt give me ANYTHING Im a driver i got a job from them to pick up passnger from
london to le12. the payment was £200 and they never gave me my money they just scammed me and never answer my phone calls they just make money from new driver and never pay so please never work with them theyre scammers and will scam you!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have cancelled two of my trips at the last minute leaving you with hardly any time to find an alternative service. They called me late at 8pm one night to cancel my ‘confirmed’ driver at 3am the next morning to the airport. Needless to say it was extremely difficult to find an alternative with such little notice. They will automatically confirm and then cancel if they don’t like your location or the time. Do not trust at all!

Had a very good experience, booking was easy and the office called me 10 minutes before to make sure I was ready and gave me an update (it was a 5 am booking) . They called again when the car arrived to make sure I got in safely. Felt very well looked after and had a smooth journey to the airport.

The first time we booked them everything went according to plan. The second time they forgot our booking and only noticed when I contacted them a couple of hours before the planned pick up time. Then they sent a smaller car than we booked and still wanted to charge the price for the bigger car. Also the driver was incredibly rude and raised his voice while our baby was in the car with us. We thought we would give it another try. Booked 3 weeks in advance and tried to confirm the booking today. After three email requests they called to let us know that they can't send a car for our booking tonight at 3am! Apparently the booking was too short notice... when he said this I actually had to laugh out loud... 3 weeks notice and they let us know 12 hours beforehand... Ridiculous customer service! AVOID!!!
