Booked a taxi with this company well in advance . Taxi arrived one and a half hour later. What has made the situation worse is that we were waiting at the airport so could not easily book another taxi.
Also taxi arrived with out a car seat or booster which has been discussed at the time of the booking.
Will not recommend them.

SCAM. VERBAL ABUSE. Avoid their taxis..scammed my elderly sick mother and abused me verbally while I was sick with covid. I booked a taxi for my elderly mum who is in the UK for medical treatment. Quoted £45 by a man and when I called a few days later to book instead for another location, which is closer to the airport, I asked if it would be £45 still and was told by a friendly lady it's £40, £5 for parking so yes £45. Received texts confirming £40 and £5 parking and gave flight number, time and mum's name for a sign. When flight arrived, driver called (I had to ask him again to make the board and give mum's name again) and started asking me when to go into the airport and I said flight just landed so need more time for immigration and luggage which I assumed all drivers knew it can take time to get off an international flight and to the arrivals lounge hence no need to arrive to collect someone as soon as the flight lands. Kept giving him updates for 1.5 hours over text and calls and later gave his number to my mum who called him when she was outside with her bags. He was nowhere to be found for at least 30 mins. Almost at the hotel he said the fare was £80 and told the office he waited 3 hours when in fact my mum was waiting for him. When I said that was not true and the extra charges weren't explained to me beforehand, he started shouting at me saying I don't pay his wages, a taxi is not about going from A to B and everyone knows taxis charge a lot for airport parking. He then boasted that he he helped my elderly sick mother with her bags which I said I understand is not part of the fare but he would have got a tip for anyway. Called office and they dismissed me and said nothing they can do, no apology or explanation. After both being verbally harassed for over 30 minutes my mum gave in and paid him in pounds and euros as she was exhausted from a night flight and ill. A terrible welcome to the UK and disgraceful treatment of the elderly and sick

I prebooked by phone and they had a driver waiting and ready when my train arrived at New Malden station at 10:30am on a week day. They have a fixed rate for local taxis from the train station. My journey cost £6 to travel one mile, which was cheaper than Uber which was quoted as £7.57

Booked taxi from Gatwick 24Aug2022. Driver did Not turn up. Control room did not pick up phone, so unable to Contact. Used Had to use Gatwick Cars, reliable but expensive.
This company is unreliable.

Disgusting owners. My elderly grandfather calls me telling me that the cab he booked never bothered to show up and that they are ignoring his calls. I drive him to the airport instead and 6 HOURS later they call and claim the driver broke down. (Doesn't explain why the office didn't pick up our calls)

Used them a few times, it's mixed. Been disappointed by airport pickup too many times (Eg. twice they have been half an hour away when I got to arrivals at the time I said I would). Looking for an alternative...

Very helpful operater who assigned me a car straight away. Unfortunately I was assigned an extremely rude driver - Gave me a very dirty look as I got in. I opened the window en route and without saying anything he closed it. I asked that I have it open please because I'd like some air (and covid) and he said that covid was over and that the rain would "damage his car". It was barely raining at all, spitting somewhat.

He then berated me at the end while I was waiting to pay and left me feeling very angry that I'd given this company money.

Booked a taxi to the airport, but it didn’t arrive and when I contacted them to let them know about this happening, there was no response.
