GB Airport Transfer

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. We pre booked a taxi which didn't arrive. They offered no apology and no refund of £100. Please don't book with this company for any reason.

Made a several days in advance booking to get back to Norwich from London as there were train strikes that day. Paid way more for this than they advertise on their site.
My friends and I waited for the taxi. Nothing arrived. No messages received. No phone calls. Eventually we called only to be told that we had to wait two hours as they were busy. What was the point of pre-booking at a specific time if this was their attitude? We needed to be back at by a certain time. When I told them this was not acceptable they slammed the phone down on me rather than discuss things.
Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Book from Australia, for transport from Heathrow to Southampton. Information/contact prior to my arrival was first class. On arrival I did not have a phone but my driver Abid and office staff as well as the lady on the help/information counter at terminal 3 made it easy to find my pickup point and my driver. Abid Zander, my driver, made sure I had comfortable and safe drive from Heathrow to my accommodation in Botley. Thank you so much Abid for all your attention, help and care, it was very much appreciated and GB Airport transfers. I thoroughly recommend this firm and especially the driver.

booked a taxi to travel back late on a Saturday night from central Manchester to Chester, driver was fantastic, stayed in communication and picked us up earlier than we'd booked at our request, would recommend

I needed to book a taxi to get home thirty miles from a concert that my partner and I attended which I did five days before the concert because the trains stopped running too early. I can’t complain about the service or the journey but they did phone me up a few hours before the concert started and put the price up and asked me to pay cash to the driver even though I had already paid via PayPal. This could have been a problem if I was on a budget.

Very pleased with booking online, contacting me the day prior to appointment was very comforting. Driver arrived on time; courteous and polite.

Very very unhappy with the GB Airport Transfer - we have booked the car since we wanted an easy start to a very long haul flight. After being 10 minutes late, they called to say the driver is stuck somewhere and won't be able to pick us up for another hour to hour and half - completely unacceptable. We barely made our flight - BOLT saved the day that time. Refund took three weeks. Do your research and do not book these guys.

Very professional service. Prompt pick up at airport and safely driven to my home. Many thanks for a great service, will be using this service again in the future!
