Have taken it a few times now and always had a pleasant experience. Mostly tend to use them when I know my plans in advance and I need competitive rates. they provide the driver on time with inexpensive rates.

Dishonest and unreliable people. Pre-booked a car with two child seats and doublechecked at booking whether the child seats will be there, they reassured me they will. The car turns up on time without child seats and driver blames the office for not telling him, the office blames the driver for not reading booking notes so someone is clearly dishonest. Furthermore the controller starts arguing and blames me as it apparently would be my responsibility to provide child seats even when they promised twice to provide them. Avoid them at all costs!

Charged me £55 to go 17 miles on a normal Friday morning.
Because I had been let down by my ride I had to google and this company came up first. They knew I was desperate as I was going for a medical procedure.
I explained that a previous journey with another local cab firm had cost me £35 & Uber 34.50.
But they would not shift on the price.
Even the driver when he arrived said that was high. Avoid. I’ll never use again. They have 2 stars as they arrived within advised time and the driver was nice.

Absolutely no idea what the service this company provides is like! Rang 3 times to get a quote, each time to be told I had the wrong number! Plenty of other companies in the area

Thank you West Drayton minicabs, you saved the day! I took the wrong train and instead of Heathrow airport, I ended up at West drayton station. My flight was due in 90 minutes and I had to check in as well 45 minutes before that.I nearly missed my flight! Gratefully, I walked into West drayton cars which were luckily situated near station. The controller got me a Cab in seconds. I got to the airport just in time. The lovely driver who stopped me from panicking! I've never been so glad to be sitting in the departure waiting area! If google allows me 100 stars I would give it to them. Both driver and the firm deserve it. Thank you GUYS for saving my day.

This service is disgusting, booked cab 3 hours before my journey for 6pm, come 6:15 nobody turned up called the dispatcher and was told he will call me back once he found the driver, he didn't call back. So 5 minutes later I called him again and he told me driver is on way, checked tracking driver was 30 minutes away from collecting me. DO NOT USE

First time I used west Drayton minicabs and it won't be the last. They were great, from booking to collection to drop off. They were professional, on time and friendly. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again. Their prices were also competitive and cheaper then Uber! Thank you

ATROCIOUS service. I ordered a taxi from the company and it had not arrived 15 minutes past the booked time. I rang to get an update and was told the driver was approximately 22 minutes away. This is unacceptable. The driver then phoned me and explained he was 22 minutes away and should he still come. I told him it was not for me to cancel. I told him to speak to control because I was going to again. I was then told that the car would be with me in 6 minutes. STILL not there 10 minutes later!!!!I rang again to be told that I had cancelled the taxi.
As a result of this my 3 children and me missed our coach to Devon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Dreadful!!!
