Boston Mini Cabs

Absolutely outrageous!! Lies that they available just to take the job. Used then twice, and been promised to have a cab in 10 min, on one occasion it was 45 and other was oven an hour!!! Never again.

Good cab company with reasonable prices. The only thing I don't like about them is the fact that they smoke in the entrance to their office and the baby seat which we also order with a cab is smelly.

I use them very often because they’re local however they’re always late and despite me asking how long they always lie about the time. Real shame because the drivers are good just need to fix up on time. Either tell me it’s going to be later than usual or give me a discount for waiting so long. Was late to work multiple times due to this. Won’t be coming back sorry.

the cab driver had no idea where he was going he became hostile when asked to pull over at the closest train station 20 mins out from our destination.
he demanded to know if the pub had booked the cab expecting use to be intoxicated, but alas we were not. i don't recommend this company, unless you don't want to go where you want to.

Just had a bad lift !!
The driver ignored all the speed restrictions on the M1 , he over took on the inside and swerved a couple of times !
I thought he might have been drinking !!
When we went to pay him I could smell alcohol on his breath !!
I did it feel safe .

Dreadful experience. Booked minicab for a specific time so I could catch a train at St Pancras. They said I would get a confirmation message. Didnt happen. Called them the next day to reconfirm and they assured me all was ok. They then called me on the day, just when the cab was due, and advised driver was running 25 minutes late. Had to cancel and order an uber.

My elderly mum has used their taxi service regularly for years and they always treat her very very kindly, and recognise her when she calls. All the drivers are very caring towards her, even helping her in with shopping. Very trustworthy.
