Vale Cars London

I have been using Vale Cars regularly for the past 5 months and can only recommend their services. Staff is polite and reliable. Their cars are always on time. When needed to change a booking, they were very flexible and forthcoming. Fares also very reasonably priced!

Very unreliable, I booked a cab from Gatwick airport to Ealing for £95. The driver did not show up. They did not even have the curtsy to call me. When I called the office, I was told that no driver was available. The person who answered the phone, Ali, was extremely rude and disrespectful.
It took me 1.30 hours to find another car on a rainy Saturday night.
NOT RECORDED.

Really disappointed with their service last night, we had a taxi booked to return from Wembley to our hotel. It had been booked well in advance and confirmed the day before. Whilst at Wembley they sent a text to cancel as they could not fulfill our booking. We were stuck! 90,000 people and not a signal taxi available! We had to walk 3miles at 12pm. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could give this company a -10 I would worse service ever. We were staying at the park plaza in Park Royal on 6th August. The hotel prebooked my taxis over a week in advance as we were attending the westlife concert, so needed a taxi to & from Wembley. 1st taxi was booked for 5.30pm at 5.40pm the taxi still never turned up. The hotel rung them & apparently they were on there way. Once arrived the taxi driver couldn't wait to get our money & get us out of the taxi. He couldn't speak hardly any English. Whilst being at the concert my phone rang around 9pm it was Vale taxis who informed me even though my taxi had been precooked over a week in advance, they had no availability so had to cancel my return taxi. The person on the phone was so rude & not helpful. I ended up hanging up as I asked the guy what I should do to then be told it wasn't his problem.
The end of the night came & after looking out for a taxi we manged to get a black cab. The driver of this cab was so helpful was honest & straightforward with telling us it would be around £15 more with him or we could walk 150m then get to a cab office & it would cheaper. We decided to just go with this taxi as we wanted to get home. My friend was on crutches aswell I must add.
The taxi driver advise us to download the FreeNow app as we would be able to get a taxi straight away the next day. Guess what he was right.
My advice to anyone do not use Vale Cars either get the tube or download the Free Now app when in London.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Collection from Euston station back to my home, very good service indeed. Perfect timing, good price. Excellent driver.

I have been using this company’s service for a while and recently without getting into too much detail, the company and I agreed on a price.

On the day of collection the driver they sent was greedy asking for more money when there wasn’t any issue. The driver was unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Avoid this driver and do not fall for this. Vehicle Reg Number: NU17 WPZ.

Ensure you ask who they are sending you before hand to avoid being sent this car to you. Avoid unnecessary drama.

I was about to change my taxi service to vale cars but this morning chose to remain with my existing service. This morning they charged me £48 for a £31 journey ( Uber price ) to go to my company headquarters. They say it was because of the train strike. I do this journey 12 x per month, so exploiting and charging 50 percent more because the public have no choice is very unsavoury to me.

When ive been picked up by them ive had good drivers who were also good at chatting to pass the time.
