Regular cab user with various companies. And as we all know many cab drivers have issue with basic manners, however this office here, I have never ever had a problem. Their drivers are lovely, polite, willing to help like the previous customer mentioned and even the gentleman on the phone, always sounds positive. Will start using them more.

A very strong don't use. We booked a car to Gatwick Airport two weeks in advance, requesting a child's car seat - no problem. I got a call 3 minutes after the pick up time, saying that they had been delayed sorting the seat out but would be there within the next 10 minutes. No show, no call, nothing.

I have to admit, it has been a while since I have travelled with West London Cars, having been out of the country for some time.
On one occasion, I was collected by the driver, a kind, patient and courteous guy, who drove me to several locations in London, in a lovely blush pink Mercedes.
I would recommend West London Cars to my family and friends unreservedly.

This company gave me exceptional service. A few days before Christmas,2019, they drove me from Acton to a spot near Petersfield in Hampshire for £75 plus tip. Several hours later i discovered that I had forgotten to remove a personal bag on the back seat of the vehicle (I am 80 years old!) The bag contained vital medications. I called the office in Acton and, without hesitation, they dispatched the same driver, Michael, to my address. I was able to take my Medication a few hours later. This was Supportive,. Outstanding service! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Avoid this company! Totally unprofessional ans poor timekeeping. I booked a cab today to go to hospital appointment. The call handler took my booking and automatically said ‘it’s on its way’. 10min later still no cab. I called back and was abruptly told ‘it’s on its way!’ Now 15mins waiting I call back again - no apology for the delay or anything. Just told ‘it’s coming…”. So I had to book Uber instead. The West London Cars driver called me 19mins after my booking and shouted “I’m outside where are you. You’re not here - what am I supposed to do”. No apology, no acknowledgement for the delay and inconvenience. Total lack of professionalism, total lack of care and customer service. Completely unreliable. Would never book again!

Extra helpful. I'm in my 90s and it's important to have a company you really rely on, and this company has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
