Driver complained as soon as we got into the car about how far he had to travel to pick us up (Whetstone). Drove poorly. Complained that the pre-arranged fee was too low ‘nothing.’ Will swerve in future.

Today we had Costa as our driver and it was an interesting and pleasant drive. Would strongly recommend this car firm. From quick booking to reaching our destination it was all really professional.

I ordered cab this morning, after my wife rang up at least 10 difference firms within the area, with most of them triple charging today due to the bad weather I won’t name and shame any of the companies with some being so adamant on payment that they wanted to send me a link to make the payment straightaway before the cab arrives, which is rather disgusting especially with the stress on consumers already. Oakwood cars came on time and not once did I ask for the price over the phone as they was willing to come down within 15 mins, when I got to the destination asked the driver YIANNAKIS the fair price £27, to my appreciation of his honesty I had no choice but to leave him a double tip. Thank you Oakwood cars I can only say to customers please use these guys over anyone else.

The call staff were great but the driver didn’t speak English so I asked whether she had the right postcode and whether I could confirm it and she waved me off. We then arrived over a mile away from where we were supposed to.
