I have used several of these services and this as been the best so far. Not only was it a very good price but the customer service was excellent, They helped me in the booking and sent the confirmation email of the pre booked journey and the driver was right on time. Highly Recommeded

Absolutely dreadful! Im leaving this feedback now as we are trying to catch a flight that might be missed because of this company! To be precise: on Saturday 25 July at 14.47 I called them and asked for the price from my address to the airport telling them I will call to book the next day. On Sunday 26 July at 16.13 I called them and made the booking for 3.30 early morning Monday. The guy on the phone said its all booked. At 3.30 no one called and no taxi whatsoever so I call them to find out where the driver is. The guy I spoke to said that I never made a booking! I told him that I have the call made at 16.13 on Sunday saved on my phone and he denied it saying I called only to enquire about the price (which I did but 2 days ago!). Obviously what happened is that the first guy I spoke to never made the booking and the second guy denied it, possibly after realising the mistake made by them and not wanting to admit it. Even said he had the recording! Total lack of professionalism, if you cant even make a booking you are putting people who are trying to catch a flight in danger of missing their trip! AVOID THEM!

I have to start by saying that before booking Colindale Cars. I read the reviews and was a bit frightened to use their service. But since I didn't have much choice in Colindale area, I had to go with them and book. I am glad to aver that they were really very effective. They were on time, texted me when they were on their way. They also emailed me a receipt for my journey. Excellent customer service. Guys on the phone and the driver were friendly. I have found them to be extremely reliable and gracious. I would like to recommend them highly
Not expensive at all, surprisingly. Much cheaper than Uber. Fixed rate was applied to me on booking No complaints

Terrible service. Let me down. First wanted £20 extra 10 minutes before arriving for the dog and then did not arrive at noon but 1pm making me miss a wedding service
