Absolutely awful customer service,
Had to listen to my partner to be told to be quite , stop rambling and being yelled at by the lady on the phone.

We had swift cars collect us and take
Us to the air port and pre booked to be collected on the Sunday.
Once landed we called as usually you are sent text and given notice that the driver will
Be with you.

After calling several times we where told due to sickness by text that a driver was being subletted to another company and someone would call us.

We waited for an hour and the driver arrived we where also charged 75 rather than the 57 quoted .

When we called to discuss I can believe how we where treated .
Luckily the call has been recorded , verbally abused and told not to speak and isn’t there problem.

I’ve used swift cars for 20 + years excellent value and service hopefully they survive Uber which I have used for convenience sake but we must try and support local cabs before they full to the wayside . Other wise we risk being being conned by unscrupulous drivers under the Uber banner who reject your ride and when you have to request the same red again 10 or 20 mins later the increase the price ? Has this happened to you .

Very bad service. Driver arrived approx 20 minutes early I went down to meet him. Instead of picking me up he accepted additional rides and is now late
Will not use Swift again and my company will not use swift again for any service

terrible customer service. my flight landed early but was £10 charged waiting time. not sure how you can get an airport cab with this company without paying waiting time. they wait 40 mins from landing then start stinging you

The worst cab company to ever exist. Been there client for 20 years and they have left me stranded at airport twice now in one month! Left us stranded with two kids waiting for hours at the airport after they sent confirmation message. No warning no prior notice just stranded. Avoid at all costs!

Not for the first time, they arrived late - not just 5/10 mins late but 45! Ring the office, takes 4/5 attempts before they answer the phone - when she finally does she’s rude and unhelpful. All the excuses for why he’s late and fobbed off saying ‘he’s on his way’. Last time I ever use these monkeys - horrendous experience from start to finish!!

They made us wait an hour after telling us the wait was 20 minutes. Would not recommend

Booked a car to take me to a medical appointment. The lady in the office was knowledgeable and helpful. I had texts to confirm the booking and to let me know the driver was on his way and with his details. He arrived in good time, was polite and drove considerately. I’d definitely use them again.
