I booked Wortax Christmas Eve after specifically asking if it was double rate on the meter, I was told no, it is normal rate and therefore booked for 11:30pm, I mentioned this to the driver mid journey and he dropped me about £18 worth of the journey for £12! Thanks! Still got a 30 minute walk ahead!

Overall poor sevice but friendly driver. Had to use this company after the Uber option fell through. Operator kept on completely repeating where I wanted to go wrong. When the taxi arrived he had the complete wrong destination thabks to the muck up from the operator. The driver had also somehow not heard of the road I needed, thankgod he had the sense to use his SatNav, only after I suggested it.

Booking arrived late, despite text message saying driver had arrived 25 mins earlier. Driver was very erratic, and did not seem confident with driving, tried to do a 3 point turn onto a roundabout. And also tried to overcharge us at the end.

Came to our rescue after being let down by a very well known Worthing taxi firm. Transported 2 of us and our (well trained, not allowed on the seats) Border collie dog to Findon village and back. Friendly drivers both times, faultless service, 100% recommendation, and good value.

Appalling, failed to collect a pre-booked 15 year-old-girl from a party 10 miles from home. I foolishly trusted this company to collect a child from a party in Worthing and get her safely back home to Hove. The driver allegedly turned up at the pick up point but he was not there. While the owner of the house in question was outside looking for the taxi which did not exist, the driver refused to get out of his car to go to the door in question to confirm his navigation. The refusal to get out of the car leaves me with no choice to presume he and the company are lying. I can only guess he was behind or the company had a more profitable job. After all, what does the safety of child matter when there's an extra £5 to be made! Uber next time.

Excellent service from booking to drop off. Really looked after my mum, who is of a certain age. Driver was extremely courteous and considerate.
