3.30am pick up, you always fear they wont turn up... BUT, easy booking, confirmed by text straight away, a personal call the day prior to reconfirm, then... a text message to tell me the driver was en route and another just before the pick up time to tell me the drivers name and that he was outside... no fear at all, and a fair price, a nice clean car and a nice driver. 10/10. many thanks 5050 team!!

Phoned for a pick up at short notice. Taxi arrived on time. Helpful driver helped load and unload my cases. Decent price. What else can you ask?

Needed a taxi at short notice last night. I phoned and a taxi was ready to pick us up within five minutes (on a Sunday). Carl was professional and polite and got us home safely. Excellent job all round!

The driver arrived on time and we received a text advising he was outside of our property.
I was surprised that I had a pay £36 after I had been told the journey would cost around £16. The driver said that the journey was double time due to it being Christmas Eve. It just would have been nice to know beforehand of this extra cost.

Driver was nice and polite, had to wait a while but other than that, the service was great

It was New Year’s Eve and the taxi which we had ptebooked turned up on time to dropped us back to our destinations.
