A BIG thank you to Yellow Cabs , drivers and telephone operators.
I have a relative who needed transport to and from Oncology daily. Yellow Cabs were so helpful and caring, making a difficult time so much easier.
I would pre-book taxis for the week, but sometimes the hospital would change the time of appointments.
It was never too much trouble to change my bookings.

Absolutely rubbish. Do not use. After prebooking a cab using their app they did not turn up. I called and was told that normally the customer should call them when they have picked up their bags. I pointed out that at no point on the app was I told this. They said a car was coming and would be 15 minutes. 15 minutes later (1am) I called and was told my car had not been dispatched. No apology. No cab. Just use arrow cars at the airport instead. DO NOT USE YELLOW CABS

Booked cab for this to reach out to airport. They didn't send driver till last moment. When I called, they casually told me that they had tried calling me to inform me about unavailability of driver. Strangely enough, I didnt receive any call or voicemail and they expect me to believe their lies. And for the harassment and financial loss suffer, they say that they are not responsible.
Is there anything in this world which they can take responsibility of or are they just to suck our hard earned money?

Yellow cabs took me to to vets and back with my cat. Both drivers were so kind and happy to take us both. I
Wouldn't use anyone else to help and highly recommend them.

Absolutely not recommended.

I have booked a taxi 07.55 to do a 10mins travel journey to Temple Meads and catch the train at 08.30. The taxi arrived 45 mins later and I missed the train. Within the multiple calls I made, they didn't even apologise but instead blamed me for not having allowed 1hr for the journey! The problem is, if I am supposed to take 1hr to do a 10mins car journey, I would walk!

Not professional and arrogant.

Called to book a car last night 08/11/22 at 17:00 requested a card machine car, was told car could drop me at a cash point but when explained about I am in a wheelchair and I hurt when transferring and it would take me a while so cost me more money, the lady said I could ring up the office after the journey and pay by card and to tell the driver this, which I did but he refused to allow me to do this and took me to a cash point. Also I said to go down coronation road was told it would be jammed, yet I left home in another car straight after this trip and went down coronation road and it was free flowing..
£17.10 to get from st Phillips Hyundai to the robins in Ashton. Just checked route and direct it’s 4.1 miles

I would just like to thank you for your amazing service on Christmas eve for my sister in law. After losing their dad that day. You took her back to Portsmouth that evening. You was amazing and she got home safe. Thank you again

No idea where he was going, had to direct him (In the age of Google maps, seriously...). Driver tried to force me go to a cash point when I'd paid via the app. Only changed his mind when I showed him the transaction pre approved on the app. Refused to write me a recipt as no email confirmation came through. Very poor service. Did not feel safe.
