Booked a return airport run for a family holiday. 15 minutes late turning up on the way out, and finally turned up an hour and 45 minutes after the plane landed on our return. Whatever happened to Surrey Cars - they used to be reliable. Will not use them again, and would not recommend to anybody else.

If you want to actually catch your flight, I would strongly advise against using Surrey Cars. I have used them twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the Taxi’s I booked were very late, despite repeated assurances from the office that they were on their way. On the last booking I spoke to the driver who was properly rude to me and tried to persuade me to cancel the booking saying the situation was apparently my own fault for not leaving more time to get to the airport. Disgusting service, not for purpose.

Great drivers! Know the area extremely well and are very kind! A simple 1 minute call was enough to book a six people cab with space for 8 suitcases to pick us up only 2 hours later. Efficient booking and very nice ride with a great driver!

Booked an airport transfer which never turned up. I called to ask where the car was and they said they haven’t got a booking despite me emailing two days before to confirm. The guy on the phone refused to apologise claiming it was my fault. Just say sorry and send a car over? Not the stress you need on the way to the airport!

Had to book cars for my Management Team who were staying in Guildford. Had lots of moves throughout the day to an activity, then drinks, then dinner.
Booked all the cars with Surrey Cars, was able to pay on a credit card over the phone and the whole day was seemless! No waiting around and everyone arrived where they were going at the times I needed them to get there.
Great service, would definately recommend and will use again.

Despite having confirmed bookings, they seemed to forget about my initial pickup, then on my return, they had completely lost my booking and didn't have any solution for me. Basically, don't rely on them.
