We are local in Bushey. this has never cost us more than £10. Weather during the day or after midnight on a night out. one driver in peticular was very nice but as far as taxi''s go. we trust nobody else.

I have been using them for local and airport drops/pickups for around 5 years now. They are amazing. Very professional and on-time service every single time. Drivers are very practical and understanding, especially airport pick up as it’s hard to predict exact time. They also make sure to send a right car for the needs from 4-8 seaters.

Very reliable and Prompt. My uncle's who live in Bushey use this company on a regular basis and have said they've caused no problems, the comment below is quite clearly bias and rings a couple of questions as to how it's funny that they've rated 2 companies in Bushey out of the 3 in total, and labelled them as bad. Anyways in an honest review I have not used other companies in Bushey other than Newline, due to the exceptional service they provide. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Owned by different company. Ordered cab for 6 people with suitcases and they sent a cab too small for us. Awful service all had to squeeze in.

Dreadful and unreliable. Mini cab failed to turn up and then got the usual reponse from the stroppy unhelpful call handler saying it's 3 minutes away then five minutes later it was 4 minutes away, eventually arriving 25 minutes late for a booking made 24 hrs earlier. It's not as if they didn't know about it.

I ordered a taxi from Carpenders Park to Watford High Street. The driver refused to accept cash so dropped me off at a cashpoint. He charged me 9 pounds. I took out the money and handed over 10 pounds. He took some time to give me a pound back so as I was in a hurry he got a tip! Terrible service. Won't use again!
