Apollo Taxis Wrexham

My son booked a taxi with this company pick up from Manchester airport. They insisted to prepaid the fare upfront but the taxi was more than an hour late despite flight details were provided. Nobody called, no update and they just let customer waited until almost midnight alone at the airport. Better to avoid this taxi company

I use Apollo regularly. The cars are always clean and tidy, the drivers, smart, polite and helpful. Would recommend. Deb in the office has always been particularly helpful with me when ordering taxis to catch trains and buses. Thank you!

I booked a taxi at 11pm from the Holt Lodge to Farndon and it cost £17. I guess the driver saw us three girls and decided we would be perfect to scam. I've got to be honest though, despite being three young girls we all felt safe getting into the car with him but I really wouldn't recommend this service if you're young because they'll probably take advantage of you :(

I always use Apollo taxis, as they are the most reliable. I often speak to a receptionist named Chanice , who’s customer service skills are fantastic! She always makes me feel valued as a customer and is always pleasant and polite. It’s through having a receptionist like this on the end of a phone , why I always use yourselves - also your very reliable drivers!

I booked a taxi on the 29th October at 20:42, the taxi was booked for 7 am this morning my taxi has not arrived I’ve had no call backs from the taxi I hug a be been waiting since 6:45am in my lounge which faces into the road so I would have noticed my taxi at 6:50am of which your receptionist stated the driver was here for when I tried to explain we booked it for 7am she kept responding no you booked it for 6:50am of which wasn’t the case and when I stated the driver now we called or arrive she stated he did call the driver and he was outside for 5 minutes I’ve not had any call back to say my driver has arrived I’m now late for work as I struggled to get another taxi!!! Your receptionist didn’t have the time and of day to listen she just shortly answer before I could even get a word in!! I use yourselves for work and other staff do but I’ll be telling them to stay clear!

Great service! Booked a taxi after a late night out, needed it a bit earlier and changed destination and they accommodated us, thank you. Lovely receptionist and friendly driver.

I had pre-booked a taxi yesterday for this morning. I was still waiting 10 minutes after the time I had ordered it for. I called the company to ask where it was and they said there was a 36 minute wait. I said I had no notification of this but they were adamant I was given one. I said no I wasn't and they cancelled my booking without my permission. Definitely won't be using this useless service again.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Extremely rude staff, zero interaction with children, demanding money upfront before journey when this was NOT what was specified when booked (and refusing to move until payment was made when children needed to get to a CHARITY event at a certain time!), lied about cost of journey, rude in person and rude on the phone! Also late both trips, almost half an hour late for the return journey with no apology! They’ve lost a lot of business from us as this is the first and last time we’ll be using them. Book at your peril!
