B-Line taxis

Amazing! I can’t compare price wise to others but they were cheaper than UBER and got me a car from Rhymney to Cardiff in 15 minutes of booking!

I would like to see them get the ability to take payment over the phone or card functionality in the taxi but overall amazing and they are the ONLY service on google that was actually 24hr that said 24hr

I used this company Saturday to go from ystrad mynach to Tredegar . The price was fantastic and the driver a credit to them a real asset . Such a fabulous service thank you .

Excellent taxi service with ESP, extra sensory perception. They once came to pick us up, but we hadn't booked. They read our minds 🤣

Picked us up promptly after our booked taxi no-showed. Great service. Will use more hereon.

I've used B-line taxis quite a few times recently and would recommend them. They're reliable, turn up on time and the drivers are really friendly. If you know you going to need a taxi for a particular day/time my advice would be to pre-book a couple of days before as they're really busy.

Helpful and very pleasant driver

I wish I could give 0 stars honestly, I really can't tell you how furious I was. Booked a taxi for 13:30 it came to 13:50 no sign of It I was stood in my living room looking out the window. Called them back up and was told he's already been and gone?? I told them no one came apart from another taxi from them dropping my neighbours off as I watched them get our the car and got called a liar and all sorts by the lovely lady on the line so I couldn't get to work today at all.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

Booked a taxi 14 hours in advance for 23:55 last booking pick up. Was waiting from 23:40 - 00:30 for taxi that never showed up having then to walk from Ystrad Mynach to Pontllanfraith.
Absolutely disgusting service.
Certainly won't use this taxi service again.
