I used his cab firm all the time to go back and forwards to hospitals as I am disabled and have an illness I found this cab firm especially this bloke who yelled at me and there's ways of talking to people , while I was waiting for a parking space in Nazeing shops , he doesn't even deserve one star but it won't let me post it

Perfect service! I was just so relieves how easy it was to get from the Broxbourne train station to Paradise Wildlife park and back with two very kind gentlemen this week. As it was a surprise visit for my husband, I had been worried about how to actually get there, wanting everything to be perfect. Thanks to the taxi service it turned our to be so easy and relaxing. Super reliable.

Been using them every day for just over a week while working in the area, have found them fully reliable any time of the day and always super friendly drivers.

Charged £18 to go 10 mins to Hertford at 6:45 on a Friday.

Booked the day before for early morning pick up and cab was late, told would be another 5 mins meaning I missed my train and was late for my first day at work. Will never use again! As much as I hate uber they are probably more reliable then this firm. Absolute joke

04.00 cab for Airport failed to materialise. Phone calls unanswered. Sheer incompetence. Alternative arrangements cost me extra £50. I'll never use them again. Very reluctantly I will now download Uber App

Would leave a minus score if possible, failed to turn up to take us to stanstead for an early morning flight. No taxi turned up, no one answered the phone!!

I’ve booked c.10 cabs via Broxbourne Station cars in the past month while my car has been waiting for a part in the garage. On 3 occasions they have failed to turn up in the morning resulting in me missing my train and being late for work. Despite being in the midsts of a pandemic, one driver insisted on being paid in cash (running the meter while I got that cash) and while the drivers themselves are pleasant enough, I can’t continue to support a business so willing to abandon its customers. think it is time I started using Uber.
