We've been here a few times now and love it!! Friendly staff and a lovely afternoon tea. Only comment is I'd love them to make more use of the war time role play. On occasions, I hear jokes about the rations when people ask for more tea etc. But I think you could go so far with it! Would deffinatly recommend and will be coming back for more

Quirky 1940's decor. Takes you back in time! Not a huge space but food tasty and staff friendly. Glenn Miller type music playing. Great place to bring your Grandma/Grandpa!

We had the high tea and it was scrumptious, plenty to eat and all homemade, there was also a scone each with clotted cream and jam which we took home as we were full from what was served, also a large pot of tea and refill if wanted, proper loose tea as well.

We had a lovely 1940's Afternoon Tea party here for my friends 40th birthday. Everything was lovely and made fresh today.

We were treated to afternoon tea here. Absolutely lovely tearoom, very retro. We dressed up in our 40s clothes to enjoy the ambience. Great food, lovely people and terrific atmosphere. So enjoyed the visit and can't wait to return.

First visit down at the 19 fourteas Tea Rooms for lunch today.

It was one of the best experiences I've had in some time while out. We had the cottage pie for lunch, which was home made and a pot of tea for two. The food was amazing, and have tea leaves just adds to the experience.

The atmosphere was brilliant, from the 1940's decor, mess tins, to the authentic smells and fire.

Full of old photos, and anything you could imagine from that era, was an experience I will go back to again, and again. 😁
