Highly recommend trying the Oreo cake - it was delicious!
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by Maisy who gave me a menu & advised me to come up to the counter when I was ready order.
Now for the food, order what I usually would; Eggs Royale. Came really quickly & well presented.
This is without a doubt the best Eggs Royale I’ve ever had. Poached to perfection, with a great half moon shape and tasty enough for a king.

Reasonably priced food/drinks, clean, unique styling, very welcoming & friendly staff.
Highly Recommended!
Thankyou Chunky Teapot 🫖 we look forward to returning. Dogs are only allowed outside in the sectioned off seating area.
Booked for 8 adults for afternoon tea, including my partner and our parents. Was told they can’t cater for my dairy free sister (not vegan) this time of year as they are doing Festive Afternoon tea. When I queried about the main menu, was informed they wouldn’t usually allow someone on an afternoon tea table to order from this but they’d make an exception for her on this occasion. When booking, I was asked if any allergies. I am vegetarian, not an allergy to my knowledge? Yet when I turned up was told I couldn’t have a vegetarian afternoon tea as I didn’t let anyone know in advance (it’s listed as an option for vegetarian festive menu on the website alongside the normal one). Also had management waving the receipt and email in my face to reiterate the point that I should have told them in advance - really bizarre. Managed to then completely forgot a drink for my dairy-free sister, no apology or acknowledgement of this. And to top it off, lots of awkwardness around a partial refund as they’d left off the service charge when I booked initially and paid in full in advance.
As mentioned, if you have no dietary requirements I’m sure you’d be just fine. If you do have any, be sure to give extra notice as clearly it’s too much trouble otherwise.
