Very poor customer relations from one member of the team. Unhappy, anti-social, no personality, unhelpful. Only one employee on site, so kept getting interrupted during my massage. Will not go here again.

Really enjoyed the last massage but this time they tried charging me £5 extra. When I said it was £35 last time and clearly showed this price on their board, she still disputed it. I left and won’t be returning

Lovely massage thankyou, only criticism is customer care and communication. If you can improve on this it be great. Got left alone without an explanation. Tell your clients what your doing and the service be 100 %. Best massage i had in a long time though.

Very nice warm place was not the best with decore and ambiance but the massage was good would go back very relaxed after one hour thai oilassage well done.

The best traditional Thai Massage outside of Thailand! The girls were so lovely and kind and incredibly good. We had a 90 minute couples massage and it was superb and so relaxing! We will definitely come back here again! Wonderful Thai service and Thai smiles. 🙏🏻

I've been to this place twice now. The first time was back in December before the second lockdown, I was a bit nervous when I walked in, but Samantha was so nice and welcoming. Great to talk to, and my 30 minute massage from her was really good. The second time was just yesterday, in the week of everything opening back up. And I'm glad I decided to book my appointment this time, the place was pretty busy. But luckily, I got to meet Samantha again. And my 60 minute massage from her was even better! Expensive, but worth it. I highly recommend Rak Thai Spa.

Booked a massage at this place for the 27th December. I saw myself how the woman wrote my appointment in a book. However, when I arrived on the day, the place was closed (it was clearly noted on the window that they are closed on the 25th and 26th December, but open on the 27th). Called the mobile number that was noted on the website and the woman who answered could hardly say a word let alone apologising for my bad experience. I am a mum of two young children so arranging the childcare and finding time for such indulgence like a massage is pretty difficult, so I find it absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would expect to be valued more like a client, but here nobody offered me any rearrangement of the service or anything to compensate for my frustration and wasted time. Shame on you!
