This is the best spa and massage in Central London! I was in West End today and after a long week, my body was just needing a massage. I went onto Gumtree to find a Thai massage near me, and this beautiful spa popped up. I called them immediately and was greeted by the most friendliest receptionist, who was very helpful and patient in telling me what treatments they offer. It was a very short walk from China town, perhaps 30 seconds to a minute at most. I was welcomed by a very beautifully decorated spa, the same receptionist who was on the phone also greeted me at the door and took me downstairs - which is massive! The most comfortable reclining sofa .. in the world! I was offered a complimentary drink and was shown into my room. THIS is the part that is the cherry on the top - the massage was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I felt like I had slipped away out of London and straight into Thai. I have already booked my next appointment and is telling everyone THIS IS THE BEST SPA AND MASSAGE IN LONDON.

I have been to this spa 3 times in 2 weeks and I absolutely love it every time! The staff is so friendly, the place is so big and nice. The massage is the best part! Pure authentic Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, facials, loads. Right off Shaftesbury Av. so easy to find :)

The staff I interacted with were very polite and accommodating. I arrived 20min ahead of schedule and they took me straight in to the massage. The massage it self was amazing and the masseuse was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. I nearly fell asleep during the back massage which I think is a testament to her skill.

I am looking forward to my next visit and only wish I could go back sooner.

I'd never been to a Thai spa before, and Boonsawad has set the benchmark high! Great experience from the start. Well mannered and relaxed staff with fluent English. Efficient reception, everyone knows who is who and what's going on. Well organised space and there is a stair lift. Downstairs authentic, without being tacky. You feel safe: very good ventilation, temperature control, solid fire system throughout, impeccable cleanliness absolutely everywhere. Cosy rooms with mellow light and relaxing sounds at perfect volume. The massage itself was amazing. Joy listened to me, and had a good understanding of my conditions (quite a few) before we started, and skilfully worked around them. She's very knowledgeable and strong! I like a lot of pressure and was not disappointed! All in all the best massage experience in years - highly recommended! And great value too, achievable to do on a regular basis, not only as a treat.

I was disappointed with my visit today.

The good parts:
The venue was clean and well maintained, and the massage room looked professional.
They were able to take my last minute booking for a deep tissue massage.
The massage room was clean and professional looking.
I received a reasonable deep tissue massage.
There were signs on the wall stating it's not allowed to offer extras (though they were offered to me).

The questionable:
There was a shower cubicle in the massage room
The masseur used the towel which was covering my body to massage my feet, leaving my underwear exposed.
They asked me to pay cash upfront. They said their card machine was broken. I refused to pay the full amount upfront, so they didn't give me the length of massage I wanted.
The masseur used her body weight to massage the muscles in my back. I thought this was reasonable, and it definitely helped her to get the tension out of my muscles. She hadn't tied her hair back though, so it was trailing over the back of my head.
The staff weren't wearing any sort of uniform.

The bad:
The manager made a few jokes of a sexual nature when I was arriving, which made me feel uncomfortable.
The masseur asked if I wanted extras, which I didn't as I wanted to professional massage.
I didn't get the length of massage I wanted.
The masseur didn't ask me if I had any medical conditions / areas of concern before starting the massage.

Overall, I was reasonably happy with the quality of the massage itself, but I won't be returning as it's possible to get fully professional deep tissue massage for the same price elsewhere.

I would like to say that I got the first class service. Staff are professional and well trained. Staff know how to respect customer. Receptionist staff Inform me everything very well then show me the way to room. Room was clean and tidy. Just I want to say big thanks to staff for giving me the first class service. I would like to recommend others go and enjoy their best service soon. Best wishes.

It was really bad. Technician has no technique. She tried really hard but it was just not on the pressure point. I felt it was a waste of money I normally go to places that is Thai associated but this is the most disappointing experience. 浪費錢，按得不好，不會再去
