Take Thai

The food is great albeit a little pricey and the delivery time is a bit hit and miss so book in plenty of time. We've always used Take Thai as the food is excellent but on the last order, the sticky rice was inedible due to being VERY hard and stuck together as per photo. I love my sticky rice but not that time! I left feedback on their website a few weeks back but with no reply but have noticed they respond to these reviews. :-) Great food but make sure the rice is not too hard to eat in future! Thanks!

We once collected our food, got all the way home (10 minute journey) to find out that they hadn't included some of the order, they were not very apologetic and made us come back to get it..

Have them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again later, but we were given raw batter.. I have tried to use the online messaging service 3 times but have had no luck in getting a response.

Once again Take Thai has failed to impress.

I emailed the email address given to me in your reply over 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing.

This really isn't on as we were served RAW batter.

Definitely would NOT recommend using this takeaway, The House Thai takeaway is much better.

I have emailed you on several occasions. This complaint is genuine, how kind of you to accuse me of it not being so. Although looking through your reviews you have had a lot of negative ones lately so maybe this is why you try to falsify them.

Please find attached the photos of the raw batter (There was more than one of the tempura with raw batter but I only took it of these ones), for World to now see. As well as the "large" tub of satay sauce I was promised after having to drive back and collect this after you forgot it in my order whilst offering me nothing else. :)

P.S I can even add the time stamps of the photos so you can't say they're false?

We ordered and collected food at Take Thai and the service was brilliant! The staff there were so accommodating and friendly. Have had their food several times now, and will definitely be treating myself to this again! The papaya salad and steak salad will never miss, they are my go-to favourites.

Amazing tasty Thai food, our guests were extremely happy, and someone in the group found a new favourite dish ever :) Order from Take Thai on Dereham Road. Best meat quality of any take away around, super fresh vegetables, everything delivered hot and cooked perfectly - we loved everything. You will too!

I don't usually eat Thai food as i don't like the flavours but after trying Take Thai, ive been back 4 times now. The staff were lovely and recommended me some lovely dishes after asking me what I was looking for. The quality of the food has never changed, I always love a place that can maintain their quality consistently. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to try their homemade spring rolls again!

Just had our first Take Thai after recommendation from Friend .
Drove back to Thorpe St Andrew and still piping hot .
Got to say , tastiest Thai we have had on a long time . Fresh , & Plentiful

We had a Thai yesterday which was the best Thai takeaway we’ve ever had. It was our first from Take Thai, however it won’t be our last. The menu is extensive and we look forward to trying even more dishes. Already told several of our friends who also enjoy Thai.
My partner and I have travelled several times to Thailand and can honestly say our meal yesterday, reminded us of the lovely food we had there.
We had Gang Keowan chicken curry, Penang chicken curry and a large Khow Krati rice between us.
Delicious.

Just had a takeaway from here absolutely amazing. Very filling and superb value. Was almost full just after the Tom Yum! Friendly staff.
