Thai Venue

Genuinely surprised to see so many negative reviews. My wife and I had a great experience. We arrived on a Tuesday evening and it was us and one other couple in the restaurant, so unsurprising the service was very quick. Waitress was very friendly and we were catered for as vegans, we ordered the vegetarian set menu and it was delicious. Highlights were the vegetables with cashew sauce. Would definitely come again.

What a train crash. I have not had a such a horrible takeaway for a very, very long time.Overpriced, small portion, defrosted ingredients. I forgot how rip off looks like but now I have a great reminder.
This place rightfully deserves a title of 'worst takeaway venue in Coulsdon', well done!

it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, the house fried rice or whatever it was called was extremely soft and had the consistency of a risotto. it’s like feeding a dog! the chicken and prawn pad thai was also soft and sweet, and the prawns came with the shell on? would give 0 stars if i could, don’t recommend at all. save your money !

Delivery took slightly longer than expected. Vegetable pad Thai was cold and not nice at all, vegetable tempura also cold and bland. Chicken with coconut rice however was lovely. Won’t risk ordering here again.

Worst take away ever!. Two hours late, half of order missing food so poor we threw out for the foxes. Shocking that this place is allowed to severe food- extremely poor.

Disgusting food - recovering from Covid fancied a takeaway. This was the worse take away I’ve ever had. Ordered via deliveroo. Took ages to come and the food it’s self looked old and stale. Took one mouth full and the rest in the in £40 down the drain. I called them and complained. Wasn’t even offered a refund. I very rarely do this and write such a bad review but don’t waste your money. It was gross 🤮

Hate leaving negative reviews but I also rely on honest reviews to decide where to eat…
Food delivery took 2 hours to arrive and food was cold. Ordered the chicken pad Thai which was inedible and I threw it away. It was smothered in sweet chilli sauce and tasted nothing like authentic Thai food. Spring rolls were soggy. Won’t be returning

I should have listened to the previous reviews. Ordered food. Took an hour and 45mins to get here. Called 3 times to get an update. Food came cold. Congealed together. The mixed starters were over fried and soggy with oil. Nothing was offered as an apology only that we were 14mins away and it was too far....??!! Avoid avoid avoid
