Visited for dinner yesterday and didn't enjoy it. First the goods, the food seemed like authentic Thai, the people were nice and authentic and the place looks nice. The bads was that we had to wait 90mins for our food. They were fulfilling all take away orders and don't serve the customers dining in which is infuriating. I'd give a negative rating if that was allowed so not recommending for dining in.

Used this restaurant on Saturday evening and underwhelmed is probably an understatement. Party of ten we booked and pre ordered our food a few days in advance.
Arrived at 7pm and were shown straight to our table and ordered drinks (good start).
What followed was something of a pantomime unfortunately.
By 7.40, only half of our drinks had arrived and the first starters began appearing.
Staff were curt, dismissive and unsympathetic, probably a training issue rather than a conscious effort at ignorance and when the remainder of the drinks arrived we were asked if we'd like any more.
Once the starters were cleared the mains started arriving quickly enough although when it became apparent that not all the rice had been delivered to the table, we made the staff aware.
The absent rice eventually arrived but only after we'd effectively finished our meal.
I could go on but at the end of the evening we were presented with our bill and offered neither apology nor discount.
I certainly wouldn't use this restaurant again, nor would I recommend to anyone else, disappointing doesn't come close and given that there appears to be no response from the restaurant to most of the poor reviews on this site, they don't appear to particularly care either.
Hope this review saves someone from a similar experience.

I have been here before but didnt try too many meals. On this trip my Fiance and I tried a few dishes.
We had the satay mixed starter. This is a mixed platter and provided a great variety of dishes and flavours, I loved the chilli beef salad.

We then tried chicken sweet and sour, jungle chicken curry and Larb.

All of the dishes were very fresh
And packed with flavour.

The service was friendly but professional.

I had a really enjoyable experience at Jintana. The food was really tasty and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The staff were all really friendly and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Staff helpful and paid attention to customers needs and ask if everything was good and ok with the meal.
Arrived before 6pm to get the happy hour banquet meal deal at £17 (2 courses). Enjoy TTT tummy touching table this time we were beaten and regrettably the extra This soup and spare ribs were too much.
Portion size of port toast, Red/Green curry n rice was good value. But down side of restaurant drinks were expensive. Food lovely and service quick.

Good food and friendly staff. But I have now ordered the meals by phone on four occasions, arrived at the planned time, but been told there will be a wait. A couple of times it was 15 mins, but it has been as long as 60. It feels as though they don’t actually start cooking the meal until you arrive and pay - in which case why not accept payment over the phone?

Not a great experience here, food was okay but the service wasn't great, staff weren't really very cartering or clear. We were also told on the phone pre booking we would each need to pay £2 extra per person for a larger party which was completely fine, however when paying the bill we were suddenly not allowed to use our cards to pay this extra charge which was never stated to us. We were then told members of the party would have to leave and go to a cash machine to get the cash and bring it back, this felt super unprofessional and they were quite rude to all of us.

I would not recommend this restaurant and will never spend another penny in there. To begin with, we (5 of us) were reluctantly told of a one and a half hour wait for our takeaway which turned into 2 hours. The food was eventually given to us, cold, although did taste very nice to begin with. However, I found my chicken satay was completely raw. As a result of this it was taken back to the restaurant to ask for a reason as to why this was. Unbelievably the response that was given was “would you like some prawn crackers and a drink?”, eventually the individual provided us with a refund of £4.50 as this was the price of the chicken satay. So to summarise I have come away from this restaurant £70 down the drain and potential food poisoning for the next week.
