Aroy Dee Thai Noodle Bar

Service was appallingly slow considering there was one other table in other than ours on a mid week night. The food took 55 mins from ordering to arrive at the table, we were about ready to walk out by this stage.

That being said, once the food did finally arrive it was of good quality and reasonable portion size for the money.

I would have given an extra star if the staff acknowledged the extensive wait but nothing was said an no apology given.

Disappointed.

What a great find! We stayed near Bangor this weekend and found this absolute gem. The food, the service and the atmosphere were all incredible. One of the nicest Thai meals I've had and it was great to sit in rather than takeaway. The lad serving us was really polite and helpful when it came to food suggestions. Would highly recommend the Aroy Dee Thai Noodle Bar.

Ordered a big takeaway for the family, and it was so beautiful. Food was so fresh, which made a huge difference from getting Chinese takeaway, it was non greasy, tasty, and packed full of veg which was gorg. Most underrated takeout and restaurant in Bangor.

All four diners were very impressed with food and service here. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Prices very reasonable. Only trouble was .... we didn't have room for one of the intriguing desserts . Oh well....Will have to revisit next time in Bangor !

Went there for food, food service was very slow ordered one starter to share and 4 main dishes. Took 45 minutes for just the one starter to come out. Took another 50 minutes for the main to come out.
They do not seem to have the capacity to cook for many tables at once as people were served table-by-table with one dish at a time which slows the service. Probably alright if you're the only table there.

Shockingly bad, it was a strange Chinese take on Thai food that was poor quality. The staff were lovely.

Friendly staff and authentic tasty Thai food. Will go again.

Superb food and they can make nearly everything on the menu vegan and gluten-free. Cannot wait to go again. So authentic truly scrumptious and excellent value for money. All washed down by the most wonderful Jasmine tea.
