Just driven 3 miles with a box of goods only to be told (after standing waiting behind a customer) " We're not accepting anything - we've no room upstairs"
When I asked if there was a bin she could put the stuff in, as it was glassware and the street is cobbled - not a good combination, the customer told me there were other charity shops nearby I could try. I did this, but in future it will be quicker and less fuel to just go to the tip. What a total waste of time and money.
