The shop is kept beautifully by volunteers and they are always happy and cheerful. It is always a '1st Stop to Shop' for many, no doubt.

Tucked away on the High street and easily missed if you are not a regular visitor to Hythe. Clean, tidy with friendly staff displaying allsorts. Fairly priced so bargains to be had!

One of my favourite shops to visit, friendly staff who do a brilliant job of raising funds for cats welfare 10/10

Couldn’t recommend this place less. My cat was given to them by from someone on our road, not only did they make no attempt to find the owners/our house by simply knocking on doors etc.
(It is common knowledge to most / all neighbours and people on our road that our cat lives here and is not stray, she often spends her whole day outside our garden greeting people)
As expected we were extremely stressed and confused with this. They did not answer back to calls or messages until the morning as they turn their contacts to automated responses in the evening, which in my opinion for a organisation regarding helping animals is a big no. Do pets & owners only require care from 9am-5pm? In the case an emergency or a worried owner wanting their pet back is it fair to have to wait all night to hear someone has your cat? In the morning our cat was returned, at a push we were keen to leave this and accept the organisations unprofessional and careless methods in dealing with this however we was then told that in the single evening our pet was in their possession they had trimmed our cats claws without consent or reasoning. Extremely disappointing, for people who care about animals to stress the cat enough taking her overnight to further stress her by clipping her nails (which we would never do anyway). As a cat who also has 3 legs and relies heavily on her claws to pull herself up we have witnessed several times today her not being able to climb objects such into our sofas/fences. Perhaps if you’re looking to hand a cat you have found in, look elsewhere.

I didn't buy anything but the positivity radiating from the staff made it a very enjoyable visit.
