I visit this shop fairly often as I'm a bit of a bargain hunter and I can easily say this is one of my favourite charity shops in Barrow. The staff are friendly and polite, there is a huge range of items on sale and the stock is in excellent condition. The store is clean and well laid out and it can also be a hub of information if you are looking to volunteer with the Red Cross in the future. In the past I have seen them offering First Aid volunteering opportunities as well as other ways to give back to the local community. Would highly recommend having a look in.
