Disgusted with staff. Staff don’t know what they have on store and give the wrong information. Once realised they had on store what I was looking for, the till staff said that would have to serve another customer first. So I waited next to the item that I wanted. The till staff absolutely ignored me. They looked and they turned faces away. They were at least 3/4 staff. The one I spoke to clearly saw me there waiting and waiting. I end up leaving. Why waste my money when staff is not interested in selling? Very rude bhf staff.

Refusing to take a solid polished table with extended table part, with 4 chairs and 2 carvers just because there was a little mark. Thought this was a shop to raise money for charity? disgusting refusing to accept things they could still sell to raise money

Had some bits to be picked up but refused all but 1 items due to mark's. You seen half of the stuff in store... Stsined, marked etc. So much for a charity and you're being incredibly picky. Not to mention no one picks up the phone. Won't be using this service again. Waited 3 weeks for collection for absolutely nothing.

Do not bother using these for collection!!!!! Booked in 2 weeks ago for sofas to be collected for noone to turn up or let me know! My new sofa is being delivered tomorrow and I now have to pay £80 for someone to get rid of mine!!

As everyone mentions you try and donate items and no one turns up for the collection nor does the store communicate with you to let you know. Awful when there are people are in need. Management - please make an improvement!

Great place to go to find vintage/traditional pieces. Especially if you are looking to upcycle or restore. Large selection of sideboards, sofas, arm chairs, dining sets, dining chairs, bed frames, wardrobes, drawers etc. Definitely worth checking out.
