North London Hospice Shop

Questionable policy set here by the long term female manager . No refund, no exchange, no credit note!! Oh unless you’re buying a watch. Every single other charity shop in Enfield town and probably LONDON offer at least an exchange which is what I would have at least expected on this occasion. I can totally understand why a charity based organisation wouldn’t want to be refunding customers but a good will gesture of exchanging an item that is totally unsuitable (£18 purchase) would have meant I’d keep going back and buying regularly as I’m local to the area. I would also like to add that I’ve checked with numerous other branches of North London Hospice shops and they offer either a refund or at least an exchange. This manager is simply making up her own rules and getting away with it !

A lot in side a small shop ,
Books, CD, cups, pictures, clock,cloths,
Friendly staff and all for a good cause,
And very affordable price's

If I could give one star I would. Tried to do a good thing and donate. Received terrible service. Rude staff. Blonde woman at till has a terrible attitude. Do not recommend. Do not shop here or donate.

No bargains here.

Very ignorant staff who never reply when greeted.

A good local charity, has a good mix of new and used clothes, books and toys.

Small and tightly packed but there are some bargains in here.

Unacceptably rude staff. They do not even acknowledge you. Especially a blonde woman that’s about 50 years old.
