Oxfam - Hammersmith

Small shop, mostly clothing, prices for secondhand plates and cups are the same as new Wilco prices

Volunteered here, workers are lovely and items are cared for greatly

Dropped off 2 bags of clothes, didn't even get a thank you.

Bought a jumper with a hole in it, not given a receipt due the machine being broken. Returned the next day tags still intact and basically told to do one.

Rude sales assistant

Dropped off a very expensive coat for the charity , not even a greeting when I entered the shop. The assistant took it and threw it down a shoot(bin) never even got a Thank you or good night . Won't be donating anything there again

Staff not friendly I have been shopping there for years never been greeted nicely

It has donated items but also a lot of brand new staff
