One of the rare charity shops that doesn't bother to even say a quiet "thanks" when you bring donations in. Shame.

Nice shop and great staff.
They have interesting stuff everyday and some homeware that it is different from other charity shops

My experience at this Oxfam store was delightful. I bought some great items and the volunteers were wonderful. Though I have never done a review before, I felt after reading several racist reviews, that I needed to set the record straight. Charity is charity.

Terrible service at the till, the black lady was very rude, she should not work in charity shop with that kind of attitude. Her job is to explain everything to customer and help if is necessary , she clearly doesn't kin to do so.

A well run shop with an inspirational manager who gets the utmost from her willing team of volunteers

Very disappointed today as I have 6 bags of unused clothes from Benetton and Marks but the store was closed so couldn't make a donation and flying off in the morning so may just have to throw these gorgeous clothes. Really upset...

The service of the black lady at the till is sooo TERRIBLE, drop your clothes on floor when paying and thinking you take it, no bags, no offer to any help. And her attitude is bonus, she's so unhappy and hostile and rude!! What a shame. Bought from this store several times, have to quit it thanks to her!!!!!!

Staff particularly rude. Did not recognise hidden disabilities. I will not re-visit.
