PDSA Charity Shop

use to be an amazing shop but has gone real downhill since new management and sll of a sudden they have no good stock staff are being treated poorly and has had to move to a charity shop in ealing broadway now disgusting really .

Very good quality clothing and footwear at very reasonable prices

Have been donating here for years and worked there for a while some time ago. They then stopped collecting and you had to go through the Harrow shop, which always seemed to be unstaffed. It now seems the PDSA have stopped collecting altogether and you would somehow have to get your heavy sacks to them. Also appalling on the phone. Two people answered then both put it down thinking the other would answer me. They actually thought this was funny and were smirking when I rang back and they told me they no longer collected. Place has really gone downhill. Don't bother.

Absolutely bad customer service
Never would I like to go there or even work there.

Over the years I have been abe to give a lot of second goods to the PDSA and have always found them most appreciative and helpful,so I will continue to let them have my unwanted goods.
