Good location of the shop in Wembley High Road but unfortunately the staff are not that much helpful and the shop is not welcome in the prices as well.

For the first time in my life I have seen the worst staffs there could ever be. The 2 male staffs will keep on staring at you as if you are going to steal. When I tried to bill one item this guy stared at me and I asked him is there any problem . He said “Do you have any problem If I stare” It feels like they don’t want anybody to visit the place. Worst Customer Service one could ever provide.

This happened a few weeks ago but I’m still annoyed and regret donating my things to this store… I took over £300 worth of brand new/barely used baby clothes, snuggle pod, Mamas & Papas tummy time mat and Claire de Lune moses basket… My partner and I struggled to carry it all to Oxfam along with our newborn, as we walked in to the store, the woman organising things out the back stormed on to shop floor telling us NO NO DON’T PUT IT DOWN WE DON’T ACCEPT THAT! We were in shock… She snapped they won’t take moses baskets because of health and safety, which is totally fair enough, I asked if she would accept the rest? She snapped at me again and asked what it was, I showed her and she begrudgingly took it. We left with the moses basket and went to another charity shop (St Luke’s) just around the corner that were sooo grateful and happy to take it. I know the rude lady in Oxfam was probably a volunteer, but I won’t be donating there again.

The shop overall is really nice, big variety of books and clothes, sometimes even little pieces for your home decor, but I'd work on the staff, the lady working their is lovely! But the 2 men are weird...they stare at you so much like if your about to steal, you look away then look back at them and they're still staring..so much.gives me the creeps

Like the boutique look of the charity shop. Yes sometimes there are some brand new with tags or new without tags clothing. Great prices and eye catching for the public. Nice to see familiar volunteers providing a great customer service.
