Oxfam

This shop has a good range of stock, but I found the customer service to be poor. I tried to return an item but the manager was confrontational with me about the Oxfam policy and escalated the interaction into an uncomfortable scene. Clearly I was disappointed not to be able to return the item but I would have been satisfied with a polite explanation, sadly this was not forthcoming. I won't be shopping here again.

One of the best charity shops i have been to in North London! The staff were so friendly and I got wide variety of amazing quality clothes. Will definitely go back again.

Ghastly place that is a shame to retail. But I acknowledge that I have biases.

Great selection of books. However...

I've had a couple of unpleasant experiences here dealing with passive aggressive young women.

One - tall, slim blonde - who would rather stick her nose up in the air and turn her head away from me, as I was leaving the shop. Rather than saying goodbye and thanking me for my custom.

Unbelievable.

LOVE this place! The volunteers are all so friendly and welcoming. I've been going here for the past year and always find the best bargains. Definitely the best charity store in the area!

Got some never-worn Birkenstocks here. Fabulous staff, and everything from bargain used clothes to new and never worn items. All money goes to support Occam's work.

Absurd pricing. Completely idiotic.

Best second hand shop in Hampstead. You can always find something useful in a very good price. 👍
