I love an Oxfam bookshop and this one is really well maintained with a good selection of fiction and non-fiction titles. There's also music/film stuff in there too. Nice way to pick up a bargain and do a bit of good!

Small chain charity shop sells donated books, cds, dvds charity shop. Small but friendly staff and cozy place. A lot of art books and study books for sale at very affordable cheap prices. Brilliant! Great location on High Street Wanstead, near many shops and cafés. Just about 5 minutes walk from Wanstead Station. Only issues is parking nearby which is typical busy high street problem. It is difficult to find a space near the shop to park. It is open on Saturdays also.

I like the Wanstead Oxfam. One of my favourite poetry haunts. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's always new stock, so plenty of excuses to drop in.

An incredible addition to the high street! Whoever does the window displays deserves some serious recognition because they are really amazing, and add so much character to an already beautiful high street.

It's more a market stall for world produced indigenous goods. The bookshelves have had to give way to this stuff, by about 50%.
Still worth a look, I find interesting books every time I go in. And someone manages to vary the window display frequently.

Some lovely books to be bought and and all goes to good causes. Staff friendly and helpful. Shop well organised and stocked with a variety of quality items.

Disappointed to see a political poster displayed in the window. It is counter-productive to Oxfam's core mission.
