Lovely friendly staff to work with, even as a volunteer. Good sales and service with a smile as a customer, huge variety of items sold, unlike most shops in this category for the Rugby area.

Always popping in to look for bargains.

It's big and you can get nice goods but be aware that sometimes more often I'd say... (2 times in my case) it will stop working or the product can be faulty so be careful when you buy something.

last year i donated many very good quality items of funiture fro my late fathers house worth several hundreds of pounds .recently i visited the shop and bought a small table ,30 minutes later i returned to the rear of the shop to collect it the table was by the door labeled sold with my name ,unfortunately i had misplaced my receipt ,i was asked by a girl there who had sold it to me and was quickly informed there was nobody who matched the discription i gave working there i showed her my driving licence wich matched the name on the table but she refused to look at it .i entered the warehouse to point out the person who sold me the table but was blocked by a tall chap who refused to allow me to point out the person ,after arguing with me he eventually went off to get his manager ,during this time i managed to locate my receipt the girl wasnt intresred to look at it so i took the decision to just take the table . i am disgusted in the way i was treated and will never donate to the rugby shop again

Last year I had a lot of items to donate so called and booked a collection but no one turned up. After phoning several times and being promised other colletions that never happened, I gave up! I gave my items away on Facebook instead.

Quite a large store compared to some other charity shops in Rugby, to browse and purchase from.
Also convenient as can donate a greater variety of items than other charity companies. Can also donate directly in this store (after 4:00pm) by parking outside this particular shop, when the Pedestrian Only Zone time has expired.

If you're Black stand back. racial profiling is alive and well in this store! I am a Teacher, I work in a Prison and I was embarrassed in front of the other customers and accused of putting something in my bag when I have never stolen a single thing in my life. The only difference between me and the other customers was that I am Black! and this was by the Manager Linda! Disgusting!

£25 for delivery

Items look clean, but some of them are very old looking. Some sofas and chairs look almost thread bare and I wonder how much life they really have left, especially when the shop want £90+ for a single chair. (Which wouldn't really be £95, unless you have a van to collect the item you'll have to add on £25 for delivery within a set range)

Beside that. The shop is large and airy. Staff are mostly volunteers beside a floor manager and sometimes a transport / checking manager behind the scenes.

There's often volunteers doing busy work. Makes it a little hectic on there at times.
