I gave some charity to Marie Curie today and was met by the rudest member of staff. I will think twice before giving to this shop again !

The manager on duty today, Sunday 14th April, repeatedly used the word 'fraud' when dealing with a return and with no justification. She went on to say that 'on this ocassion I'll deal with it'. Surely staff and certainly managers receive basic training on dealing with customers that should avoid this sort of poor, offensive and unessessary customer service.

Yesterday morning I rang and rang on the bell but no answer so I went to work I then drove back to the shop to then be told that didn't want my stuff because they were inundated. Fair enough but why not put a note on the door so you're not wasting everybody's time and effort. And the women couldn't care less! not happy will not be going there again.

It has become rather more, about a month payments for the items. Charity should be less expense.
