British Heart Foundation Home Store

Visited this store on Monday 3rd June, was greeted by some very young but friendly staff. Was left to browse peacefully, which I like but when I approached whom I think was the Manager for some assistance was disgusted at her attitude!! Very curt, not at all customer friendly and extremely unhelpful, as if I was putting her out!! Having been a Manager of a charity shop myself for several years, would never have displayed such awful customer service or in any of my job roles for that matter. Shame on you though, you missed out on a sale, not a good front for the charity you represent, will definitely not be returning in a hurry!!

Amazing staff. We purchased a piece of furniture that was quite the struggle getting into our car. The staff were very helpful! Great furniture for spectacular prices.

November the 1st (moday) saw wood trunk for sale, at felixstowe road store for £99.
Today 13 of November the same wood trunk had a price tag of £199.
How can this foundation explain the 100% increase of this particular item?
