Prices are good and there’s a good variety of items. But, the other day I was going to buy a pair of shoes but when I checked them I noticed a big piece of chewing gum with dirt and hair stuck on the sole of one of them. And today I bought a pair of flats but when I got home and tried them on I noticed one is size 5 and the other is size 6. It’s a bit my fault for not checking them in detail, but I think the volunteers could go through the stuff carefully before displaying them for sale.

Won’t recommend anyone shop there the manager is so rude and got people on what don’t know they are looking for had to ring up head office to tell them about the manager being so rude and they are looking in to things

I always visit this charity shop when I am in Ipswich. Nathan the manager is the friendliest guy and extremely helpful. He provided me with a collection tin for an event and took the trouble to let me know how much we raised.

The manager is very manipulative. He'll talk about his dead dogs, heart condition and depression to get you to feel sorry for him. He does A LOT of pandering to customers in hopes of you getting to buy something. The only people he doesn't pander to are the Romanians as he's rather cold and aggressive towards them.
